RAD Artist Tenant Rental Information

Welcome to the RAD! We are a hub for artists and creators of all levels to gather to work and play.

The Rivoli Arts District (theRAD) is located in Downtown La Crosse, next to the Historic Rivoli Theatre. The RAD occupies three floors + a ground floor retail space within the Rivoli Building. The Artist Studios are located on the 3rd and 4th floor within the building.

As an Artist Tenant you have access to various slop sinks, breakrooms, an elevator, shared spaces and a 50% discount on renting additional RAD spaces.
